This Week For Art , We have been tracing over pictures that we took from our trip to Panmure Basin . We learnt new stuff , like for example , we learnt that there was a taniwha , that used to sleep under the white bridge , and that story has been passed down from our ancestors.
This Was Our Leader , Will ‘Ilolahia , and he was the founder of the group ( The Polynesian Panthers) , and him and others formed into one group , and protested about Racism , how people were sent back to their country if they didnt work , or if their work visa expired . He gave the NZ Prime Minister a visit , with his whole crew , to flash very bright spotlights at his house , and run away , to get revenge .
Something that I learnt was that he is not only a leader , he solved racism in NZ .
